Superior quality components
The VM series speakers feature a Class D amplifier with 96 kHz sampling DSP for wide-bandwidth audio reproduction and highly efficient performance, resulting in clear, low-distortion sound. Additionally, the 4-mm-thick rigid aluminium front baffle helps to suppress resonance and vibrations, delivering authentic sound true to the original source.
Aramid fibre woofer cones and Vortex Bass Accelerator
The newly developed Aramid fibre woofer cones in our speakers are 30% lighter than conventional paper-lined cones, resulting in outstanding punch and deeper, stronger bass and low-mid frequencies. The Vortex Bass Accelerator ensures that low-end audio is tight and free from unwanted vibrations by allowing air to flow freely from the speaker through ribs in the bass reflex port, delivering pure sound.
Natural sound with constant directivity horn
The constant directivity horn of our speaker ensures that mid and high-frequency sounds are delivered with power, while creating a broad, uniform listening space. The specially designed shape of the horn and the woofer edge allow for easy crossover between the flat playback frequency and the tweeter, resulting in a natural sound that accurately reproduces the original source.
Tailor your sound to your room
Customisable DSP control
All VM series speakers come with a flat voicing that allows you to hear the natural sound of the music. In addition, each speaker is equipped with DSP settings to help you adjust the output to suit the specific room you are working in. You can find two knobs, Low EQ and High EQ, on the rear panel of the speaker. By simply clicking the knobs into four different positions each, you can select from 16 different EQ settings that are easy to engage. This allows you to choose the sound that works best for DJing or producing music in your home or studio, depending on the size, shape, and construction of the room.
Pro and fresh design
The new hexagonal aluminium front baffle design not only enhances the appearance of the speakers, but also improves their sound quality and durability. The baffle effectively reduces unwanted vibrations and distortion, while the tweeter protective guard minimises the risk of high-frequency diaphragm damage. In addition, the Alumite treated brushed texture gives the speakers a sleek and professional finish, making them a perfect match for Pioneer DJ equipment.
The white VM-50-W
VM-50 is available in white colour as well. The pristine finish complements any setup, especially the ones with white products.
