Get seamless scratching with the DDJ-REV1’s Tracking Scratch feature. Move the jog wheel from backward to forward or lift your hand away, and the music will silently go back to the cue point, saving you time and hassle. Select the Tracking Scratch Pad mode, choose a Scratch Crossfader Cuts pattern with a Performance pad, and start scratching with ease.
Mixed microphone audio: Easily add your voice while you’re streaming
The Pioneer DJ controller now features an integrated microphone input that mixes the master audio output with the microphone sound. This is a first at this level and eliminates the need for external equipment such as a soundcard or separate mixer when adding speech or vocals to your performance. You can simply plug in a microphone and route the sound through your computer. All sounds can be sent to Serato DJ Lite for easy streaming.
Serato DJ Lite integration: Enjoy full use of the free software
Get started with DJing right away by connecting the DDJ-REV1 to your PC or Mac via the supplied USB cable and downloading Serato DJ Lite for free. You’ll have full control over various features and effects within the software by manipulating the buttons, knobs, faders, and jog wheels on the controller.
The Scratch Bank pad mode allows for instant loading of scratch samples from 4 banks that you’ve assigned in Serato DJ Lite or Pro, simply by tapping the dedicated Scratch Bank button. No need for any external equipment or complex setup – just plug and play to start mixing and scratching right away.
