Intuitive step sequencing
The DJS-1000’s step sequencer allows you to quickly and intuitively create new grooves by tapping the 16 large, multicoloured step input keys. The colours of the keys change to provide you with visual feedback and keep track of sequence information on each track, making it easy to stay in control of your performance at all times.
Expressive performance pads
Take your finger drumming to the next level with the DJS-1000’s large, tactile performance pads. Load up to 16 samples and trigger them on-the-fly, while the multicoloured LEDs provide visual feedback. With Velocity mode, you can control the volume of each sample based on the pressure you apply to the pad, adding a new level of expressiveness to your performance.
Versatile touch strip
The touch strip on the DJS-1000 allows you to easily manipulate the pitch of your sounds with the Pitch Bend feature, or create dynamic drum rolls using the Note Repeat option. You can also customise the parameters to achieve unique and creative effects in your performances.
7-inch full-colour touch screen
Get instant access to three different screens with a tap on the 7-inch full-colour touch screen. The Home screen provides an overview of all assigned samples, while the Sequence screen allows you to view the currently playing sequence pattern. Use the Mixer screen to adjust the volume of each track and create a perfect mix.
Sync precisely
Connect the DJS-1000 to your CDJ or XDJ setup with Pro DJ Link for perfect synchronisation. Take advantage of the Beat Sync function, tempo slider, and Nudge button to manually adjust the tempo and beat position, just as you would with a turntable.
Live sampling and remixing
create and integrate new sounds into your live set with the DJS-1000’s live sampling feature. Record input sounds and play them back as individual tracks that are automatically synced with the current sequence. Easily drop them into a live remix and keep the energy flowing.
